Racing Tire Alarm Clock Review

Our son redid his bedroom with a car theme, and we thought this alarm clock would look great on his night stand. Well, it does. That said, its face is extremely difficult to read. It would be improved if it were back-lit, and help with checking the time with the lights out. Surprisingly, it makes a very loud "tick-tick" sound, despite the fact that it is battery powered. My son hated it at first, but eventually became accustomed to the sound. Lastly, the top tire sits in the bottom tire, but does not 'sit' securely and topples easily. Cute clock, but I would not recommend it.
